Welcome to SlowAge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SlowAge mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You may sign in using supported authentication providers such as Apple or Google.

5. Food Analysis

SlowAge analyzes food images using artificial intelligence to generate nutritional insights and estimated aging-related information.

Analysis results may vary depending on factors including image quality, food preparation, ingredients, portion size, and AI limitations.

Results are estimates only and should not be considered factual measurements.

6. Health Disclaimer

SlowAge is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

The Service:

  • is **not** a medical device;
  • does **not** provide medical advice;
  • does **not** diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical or dietary decisions.

Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload.

By using the Service, you grant SlowAge a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • process your uploaded content,
  • generate analysis results,
  • improve and maintain the Service where permitted by applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by SlowAge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • modify features,
  • introduce new functionality,
  • remove features,
  • perform maintenance,
  • suspend or discontinue parts of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlowAge disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlowAge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Termination does not affect provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
